You understand that all submitted notices will be registered as Prior Notices of Security Interest and the registration date of submitted notices will be set as the date and time of commencement of the registry.

You understand that, if any errors occur during the process of validating a submitted file, the file as a whole will be rejected and no filings will be processed. A corrected version of the file will need to be resubmitted for processing.
